Workplaces that feel like your company.
Design-led office interiors for growing teams — reconfigurations, full-floor buildouts, and executive suites. Millwork, AV, acoustics, and finishes, coordinated by the contractor who will actually build it.
Offices that work for the people in them.
A good office isn’t a mood board. It’s a set of decisions about how your team actually works — where they focus, where they collaborate, how they greet a client, where the coffee lives. We build offices that hold up under all of it.
Whether you’re reconfiguring a floor, building out a new HQ, or retrofitting a heritage space, we coordinate design, millwork, AV, lighting, and acoustics so every decision supports how your people work — not just how the space photographs.
We join early — pricing, constructability, and procurement input while drawings are still live.
In-house shop for reception desks, built-ins, phone booths, and moveable partitions.
Room tuning, cable pathways, and display integration baked into the build, not bolted on after.
Furniture coordination, signage, IT cutover — handover includes the day your team walks in.

The full office build, coordinated as one.
Space Planning Input
Test-fits, zoning for focus vs. collaboration, and circulation reviews with your designer before walls get priced.
Partitions & Meeting Rooms
Demountable glass fronts, acoustic demising walls, phone booths, and boardrooms sized for real occupancy.
Custom Millwork
Reception desks, kitchenettes, built-in storage, and branded wall features — fabricated in-house to your drawings.
Lighting & Power
Task and ambient lighting design, floor-box layouts, and dedicated power for workstations, AV, and equipment.
AV & Technology
Conference room displays, room booking panels, cabling, and integration with your IT team — ready on day one.
Finishes & Move-In
Flooring, paint, signage, furniture coordination, and move-in support — we hand over a working office, not a shell.
From test-fit to move-in day.
Offices reward early coordination. We join at the test-fit stage and stay through the first week your team is in the space.
Test-Fit & Brief
Workstation counts, meeting room mix, amenities, and a plan diagram that fits your team in the space you've leased.
Design & Pricing
Design development with your team or ours, line-item pricing, and value-engineering before a single drawing is stamped.
Permits & Procurement
Permit submissions in parallel with long-lead items — millwork, glass, lighting, AV — ordered the day drawings lock.
Build
Partitions, finishes, millwork install, AV commissioning, and furniture delivery — sequenced so nothing waits on anything.
Move-In
IT cutover, signage install, punch-list walkthrough, and on-site support the first week your team occupies the space.
Offices that last. Teams that stay.
Our office clients tend to grow — and call us back. We let the work, and the teams who occupy it, speak for themselves.
They handled our 12,000 sq ft fit-out start to finish — permits, demolition, millwork, the works. We opened on schedule and under budget. They're the only contractor we call now.
Things tenants usually ask us.
How long does a typical commercial fit-out take?
Most office and retail fit-outs take 4–16 weeks from permit issuance to handover. Timeline depends on size, mechanical scope, and the authority having jurisdiction. We commit to a date on week one and build the schedule to hit it.
Do you work with our interior designer or architect?
Yes — we integrate with your existing design team or bring ours to the table if you don’t have one. Either way, we handle coordination between design, consultants, and trades so you aren’t ferrying drawings around.
Can you work in an occupied building?
Often, yes. We phase work, schedule loud trades for off-hours, and use dust containment and negative-air systems to keep occupied floors undisturbed. We also coordinate directly with your property manager on loading dock, elevator, and hoarding requirements.
How do change orders work?
We deliver a line-item estimate before we break ground. Changes are priced, written up, and signed before any work proceeds — never retroactively.
Do you help with tenant improvement allowances?
Yes. We package scope, costs, and documentation in whatever format your landlord requires for TI reimbursement.
What's your warranty?
12 months on all workmanship, pass-through on manufacturer warranties for specified materials and equipment. You have a direct line to your project lead for the duration.
